Quality Advisor / Compliance Administrator

Role summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and capable Quality Advisor to join the Quality Assurance team.

You will support the Linguist and Justice Sector Recruitment teams in relation to linguist compliance and quality to help support the businesses requirements and goals. You will have experience of customer service as well as quality assurance / auditing and be adept at communicating verbally as well as written in order to get the best outcome and to work in the most efficient way.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the compliance documentation of all linguist profiles
  • Ensuring the completion of all scheduled checks and updates as they fall due
  • Maintain action plans and corrective action logs
  • Auditing linguist profiles to ensure compliance with the client requirement
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries
  • Call handling, engaging with Linguists
  • Inputting information into a database
  • General administrative support for the department manager and team

Skills/Knowledge/Behaviours

  • Experience in quality assurance is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
