Marketing Executive

Role summary

Due to new business growth, we are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to assist in continuing to expand an already successful Marketing team.

The marketing department at DA Languages is a team that works in partnership with almost all departments within the business. From internal communication to B2B lead generation to recruitment marketing, this is a varied and fast-paced role which would suit an ambitious marketing executive or graduate looking for their next step.

Whether you’re a keen content writer, an avid researcher or a PPC pro – this role will give you the opportunity to play to your strengths while developing and strengthening your skills with the support of the marketing team, the wider business and agency partners.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Market research to better understand target customers and industries
  • Supporting with lead generation activity and multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Understanding and developing the client and linguist journeys
  • Developing content including blogs, whitepapers, press releases, emails and more
  • Social media management, including LinkedIn
  • Assisting with event management
  • Building relationships with internal teams (including sales, client services and recruitment) to
    understand and support their marketing needs
  • Creation of sales support materials, including brochures, presentations and flyers
  • Working with the wider team to support with internal communication and employee engagement
  • Reporting and analysis of progress

Key knowledge and skills required:

  • Marketing degree/qualification or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of marketing principles
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical, data-driven and strong research skills
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Able to juggle and prioritise work load to meet the needs of the business and external deadlines
  • Basic design skills or CRM experience preferred
  • Some experience of tools including Google Analytics, Adwords etc would be beneficial
